Fees

Below is a list of fees for services offered by Frederick Natural Health Center. Please note, payment is due at time of service.  Frederick Natural Health Center accepts all major credit cards, checks, HSAs, and cash. We do not accept insurance.  We are happy to provide you with an invoice with diagnosis codes for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Phone appointments are only available if a credit card is on file.

For new patients or clients, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. This amount will be applied to your first visit.
