How long will the course take?

This course is specifically created for busy women like you. The program, along with my support, is intended to run for 10 days, but you can go at your own pace because you’ll have all the materials. 

What kind of time commitment should I expect?

Each lesson and activity should take under 30 minutes to complete. There are 10 lessons.

Do I need to know anything about this subject before I take the course?

Nope. In the Welcome Guide, there are plenty of resources covering the topic of stress- the meaning of stress and how it affects your health. We’ll go over what Zen really means.  There are additional resources to enhance your learning and help you achieve your stress reduction goals.

How long will the course material be available?

Forever(ish)! Once you purchase it, you’ll receive an email a day for ten days. The material is yours to keep.

Who is Janelle?

As a Holistic Health Coach, I’m excited to help women like you take control of chronic stress with practical solutions. There was a time in my life when I was stressed to the max…and it became worse during the Holidays.  I put so much pressure on myself to get things done, to be perfect, and to please everyone.  I needed a way to manage everything, but didn’t know how to do it.  That is, until I realized that life doesn’t have to be so difficult.  I took control of my stress and renewed my connection to myself.  Now I want to share with you how I did it.
