Can’t afford to buy all organic food? Not to worry.  The Environmental Working Group publishes an annual list of the top 12 fruits and veggies to buy organic based on the amount of pesticides found in them, appropriately named “The Dirty Dozen.”  They also have the “Clean 15”, a list of veggies that you can buy conventional (aka not organic) and still sleep easy due to their relatively low pesticide content.
